Srinagar, Oct 16 (KNC): A Sub-Inspector of Traffic Police was critically injured after being hit by a motorcycle near the ATM crossing at Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar Thursday.
Sources told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the injured officer has been identified as SI Javaid Hussain, who was immediately rushed to SMHS Hospital Srinagar after sustaining a severe head injury in the accident.
His condition is critical, and he is currently under intensive medical care, they said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation into the matter. (KNC)
