Srinagar, Oct 7 (KNC): A man lost his life after he was found in an unconscious state near Partap Park in Srinagar on Monday late night.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that the deceased has been identified as Mohammad Altaf Digoo, son of Abdul Aziz, a resident of Hamdaniya Colony, Bemina, Srinagar.
The man was found unconscious near Partap Park, following which a police party reached the spot and shifted him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead, the official added.
The body was later handed over by the police representative to the police party of Police Station Kothibagh for further legal and procedural formalities. (KNC)
